Our 5 module program is for top managers, those running dynamic small and medium-sized companies as well as heads of departments/ branches of larger companies and corporations. It is intended for practical results and embraces all aspects of general company management. IPM started “Develop your business” program in November, 2006

Each participant is expected to complete a comprehensive plan for their company’s development. Such a plan would includes a long-term strategy based on the marketing plan as well as a program for structural and organisational change linked to financial assessment and identified growth potential.

2.Marketing
Result: Plan development for strategic activities in marketing.
3.Finance
Result: Plan development for strategic activities in finance.
4. Organization and Human Resource Management
Result: Project elaboration for organization development and change management.
5.Busines Development Package Plans Formalization. Visits to Swedish Enterprises
Result: Completion of comprehensive plan for company development.
