An 18 months degree program that offers executives the opportunity to follow the MBA curriculum and to implement their learning immediately.
IPM started the Executive MBA program, the first one of its kind in Belarus, in September, 2001.

The aims:
- To provide students with professional business education at an international level
- To provide deep system insight to the principles of conducting business
- To develop decision making skills and problem analysis
- To suggest tools for company management
- To train top-managers in professional business dialogue
The program consists of 18 functional, strategic and general management courses as well as personal and interpersonal skill training modules. Modern techniques and methods of training are used extensively in the program: case-studies, business games, group discussions, presentations and role playing amongst others

Russian.
Executive MBA alumni hold a European Diploma by the Kozminski University (Warsaw) and a IPM Business School certificate
